‘We worked from the recruitment advertisement’ explains designer Andy Kirkwood. ‘It was important to unify the site with the print campaign.’

Another consideration was to give the website a fresh look to attract the organisation’s target demographic―computer programmers looking for a change. The final design combines elements from the advertisement with simple navigation.

Timely delivery

Motive was introduced to the project a matter of days before the advertisement was scheduled to run. The production team was managed by Corporate Publishers, who also brought in Metamor Communications to tighten up site text.

‘There was very little time for refinement,’ says Kirkwood, ‘but we met the deadline and the website served its purpose.’

The Compudigm recruitment website is no longer online.
